Mindfulness Meditation is a research-proven way to reduce stress, improve memory, sleep better, and increase focus.

Psychologists have found that Mindfulness Meditation changes our brain and biology in positive ways, improving mental and physical health.  

Learn short "mini-meditations" that help you reconnect to the present moment and shift your energy during a busy day.

Think of it as a reset button for your nervous system.

In-person group meditation offers benefits including connection, shared energy, and an environment that enhances the overall experience. 

Classes provide instruction and support through wisdom teachings and practices that cultivate compassion, inner peace, and mindful awareness.

Beginners and experienced practitioners welcome.

Class fee is by donation.
